Directions
Shake well before use. Spray 6 times (10 mg CBD) under your tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes before swallowing. Wait 30 minutes to feel the effect. Increase to a maximum of 12 sprays (20 mg CBD) if necessary. The maximum recommended daily dose is 20 mg CBD.
